摘要
为加快生物技术应用型人才的培养,结合学科专业发展和地方制药产业的优势与人才需求,探索"2+1+1"生物技术应用型人才培养的新模式,实现学科发展与地方经济需求的有机结合,优化了师资队伍,完善了课程体系,使人才培养质量明显提高,取得了显著效果。
In order to accelerate the personnel training of biotechnology application, combining with professional development and academic advantages of the local pharmaceutical industry and talent needs, the ＂ 2 ＋ 1 ＋ 1＂ new model for training biotechnology applied personnel has been explored. The organic combination of academic development and local economic can be achieved, the teachingstaff and the curriculum system can be optimized, which has received remarked results.
