摘要
社会转型引起社会生活的深刻变迁,社会生活的变迁必然引发道德范式的转换。在新旧范式的接替过程中出现的道德危机,其实质乃是道德信念基础的瓦解。以宗教或形而上学为信念基础,以共同体为价值取向的传统道德范式整体上崩解并丧失了其有效性。与现代社会相适应的道德,在其信念层面上必须经得起现代理性的反思并将基本的公平价值包含在内。中国传统文化中相对比较缺乏的现代主体理性精神以及基于其上的公平原则、权钱交易、裙带主义等丑恶现象又严重破坏了现代道德对公平原则的基本信念。
Social transformation means the profound change of social life and the change of social life will initiate the change of moral paradigm consequently.The disintegration of the basis foundation of moral belief is the essence of moral crisis appeared in the process of alternating between the new and the old moral paradigm.The traditional moral which is based on a certain belief from religion or metaphysics and valued by community has disintegrated and has lost its validity in modern society.The moral adapted to the modern society should stand up to the modern rational reflection and contain the basic fairness value. But there are few rational spirits of modern subject and fairness principle based on this rational spirit in Chinese cultural traditions.Furthermore,some ugly social phenomenon such as power-for-money deal and nepotism is damaging the belief of the modern moral to the fairness principle.
