摘要
针对高精度数据采集模块广泛应用于高精度测量系统的需求,提出一种基于S3C4510B处理器,并以ADS1252为A/D转换器的高精度数据采集模块的设计方案。首先描述了ADS1252芯片特性;接着详细描述了数据采集模块电路的设计原理并给出了选用的主要芯片型号;最后详细描述了数据采集模块软件设计流程。目前已完成数据采集模块硬件和软件的设计,通过实验验证,此方案正确可行。
For the requirement of high-precision data acquisition modules which are widely applied to high-precision measurement systems, a design approach of high-precision data acquisition module based on S3C4510B and taking ADS1252 as A/D converter is put forward. The features of ADS1252, the design principle of hardware and the design flow of software for the data acquisition module are depicted in detail. The type of chips selected is also presented. The design of hardware and software for the data acquisition module has been finished. The solution was verified by the experiment.
