摘要
研究粗胡敏素对12种粪固醇的吸附行为.探讨吸附液的pH值、盐度、温度因素对吸附的影响.结果表明:粗胡敏素对粪固醇的吸附可分为快吸附、慢吸附2个阶段,24 h吸附达到平衡,且吸附符合Freund lich模型,线性、Longmu ir型拟合效果较差.粪固醇在粗胡敏素上吸附△H0、△S0均小于0,反应是放热过程,温度的升高不利于反应的进行.分配系数与盐度正相关.除pH=10.74时,其它pH值条件下分配系数无明显差异.
The sorption of 12 kinds of faecal sterols in humin and the affection to sorption of acid values,salt and tempterature was studied in this paper.The results were shown that the sorption were comprised of quick and slow processes which was in balance after 24 hours.Besides,the Freundlich curve which was more favorable than linearity and langumir curve was able to describe the sorptive process.Entropy and enthalpy were less than the value of zero,which suggested the reaction disspipated heat,the augmentation on tempterature went against the process.The allocation ratio was positively related to salt.The acid values did not affect to the allocation ratio except the value of 10.74.
