摘要
针对棒材生产状况,通过机器视觉伺服控制技术在棒材实现在线计数及分钢控制装置的应用,研究在复杂工况条件下实时视觉图像处理和交流伺服控制技术,并应用于含有各种干扰的实际生产过程,实现棒材在线快速计数和分钢自动化操作。
According to the production status of bar products, through utilization of servo control technology of machine vision in on-line counting and splitting control devices for bars, on-line visual image processing and ac servo control technologies were analyzed under complicated working conditions and used in practical production process with various interferences, then fast on-line counting and splitting automation were realized.
