摘要
介绍了细胞固定化技术近几年在食用菌液体发酵及菌种保藏方面的应用研究现状,对食用菌菌体细胞的固定化方法及载体基质作了说明,对其应用进行了展望。
In this paper,the recent applications of cell immobilization in liquid fermentation of edible fungi and strain of preservation were summarized.We analyzed the methods and carriers of cell immobilization in edible fungi strain and expounded the application prospects in the end.
