摘要
阐述了基于介电特性的水果无损检测的概念,总结国内外对基于介电特性的水果无损检测的研究进展,指出基于介电特性的水果无损检测技术及其设备的应用必要性及存在的问题,分析了水果无损检测技术及设备的应用前景。
The concept of non-destructive determination in fruit based on dielectric properties was explained,and the necessity of the technology research and the equipment application was pointed out through summarizing amd analyzing the advances of non-destructive determination in fruit based on dielectric properties at home and abroad,the problems was pointed out also.The application of technology and equipment of non-destructive determination in fruits based on dielectric properties was prospected.
