摘要
济钢生产的薄规格热轧卷板存在厚度波动大、板形不稳定及强度偏高等问题,通过分析生产工艺,采取了相应的改进措施,对二级模型轧制力极限值和生产制度进行适当调整;优化辊形,采用HVC曲线;调整化学成分,尽量控制较低的C、Mn含量;改进层流冷却模式等。改进后,产品厚度精度命中率提高20%以上,性能复验率降低了10%。
Some problems such as large thickness fluctuation,difficult strip control and higher performance existed in the SPHC produced by Jinan Steel.Through analyzing production processes,some corresponding improvement measures were taken,for example,properly adjusting the rolling force limiting value of the level 2 control models and production system,using HVC curve roll shape,controlling lower C and Mn contents in the steel and improving the laminar flow cooling mode.After improvements,the hit-rate of the thickness precision increased by 20% above and the retest rate of performances decreased by 10%.
