蚕沙对乐至黑山羊日粮干物质、能量和蛋白质消化代谢的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Silkworm Feces on Digestion and Metabolism of Dry Matter,Energy and Protein for Lezhi Black Goats

摘要 选择体重相近的乐至黑山羊阉公羊35只,随机分为5组,每组7只,试验组以不同比例蚕沙(25%、50%、75%和100%)替代精料,对照组精料不加蚕沙,各组粗料相同(青贮玉米秸+大豆秸),进行为期90 d的饲养试验,在饲养试验中期采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验,研究蚕沙对山羊采食量、日粮干物质、能量及蛋白质消化代谢的影响。结果表明:①25%-75%蚕沙组可以极显著增加山羊精料、粗料和总干物质采食量(P〈0.01);②25%蚕沙组日粮能量消化率和代谢率与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05),50%-100%蚕沙组极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);③各蚕沙组的氮表观消化率均极显著地低于对照组(P〈0.01),并随蚕沙占精料比例的增加呈下降趋势,但氮存留率25%蚕沙组最高,比对照组高10.75%,50%和75%蚕沙组与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。蚕沙具有良好的适口性,添加蚕沙可提高山羊干物质摄入量;精料中添加25%蚕沙对干物质、能量和氮的消化及代谢没有影响,但蚕沙添加量大于50%以后,会降低干物质、能量和氮的消化率和代谢率。 To investigate the effect of silkworm feces on digestion and metabolism of dry matter,energy and protein for Lezhi black goats,35 lezhi black goats were fed with different contents silkworm feces at 0,25 %,50 %,75 % and 100 % displace concentrate and the same roughage(silage corn stalks and soybean straw) for 90 days,and digestion and metabolism was experimented on the experimental medium by the all feces and urine collection method.The results showed that the concentrate,roughage and total dry matter intake were increased significantly with silkworm feces at 25 %-75 %(P0.01).The 25 % treatment had no significant difference to control group with digestibility and metabolic rate of energy(P0.05),but 50 %-100 % group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.01).All silkwrom feces groups were significantly lower than the control group(P0.01)with nitrogen apparent digestibility,and as the contents of silkwrom feces increased,it decreased.But the 25 % group was the highest nitrogen retention rate,10.75 % higher than control group,and the 50 % group and 75 % group had no significant difference with control group(P0.05).Silkworm feces could increased goat dry matter intake for good palatability,and adding 25 % silkworm feces in concentrate had no effect on digestibility and metabolic rate of dry matter,energy and nitrogen,but the silkworm feces more than 50 % added would reduce the digestion and metabolism of dry matter,energy and nitrogen.
