摘要
研究了一种新的测定马铃薯全粉中还原糖方法—电化学法,并将该方法的测定结果与3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色法(DNS)进行了比较.结果表明:电化学方法的准确度和精密度均高于3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色法,并且电化学方法简单、快速、灵敏度高.
A new method for determination reducing sugar in potato flour,electrochemical method,was researched.And compared the elecfrochemical results with 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid spectrophotometry results.The results show that accuracy and precision of the electrochemical method all significantly higher good than spectrophotometry.And the electrochemical method is simple,rapid and sensitive.
