摘要
互感线路参数常规测量方法只能用于停电测量,且不能准确测量线路存在干扰信号时的零序参数。文中介绍了互感线路带电测量的理论及数学模型。获取测量源和利用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)作为异地测量的同步信号是两个技术关键。给出了带电测量系统的硬件构成图及软件算法,详细介绍了公式计算方法、常规测量方法和带电测量方法3种方法对河南电网有关互感线路的现场测量结果。理论分析和实测结果均表明带电测量方法测量结果精确,完全能满足工程要求。
Traditional method for parameters measurement of transmission lines with mutual inductance is only applicable when the line is out-of operation. and can't accurately measure the zero-sequence parameters when there is disturbing signal.Based on GPS technology, this paper introduces a live line measurement method. The principles, mathematical models and methods of parameter identification are discussed. Key techniques and the hardware structure and software algorithm of the measurement system are also given. The field measurement results obtained from He'nan Power Network by formulas calculation. traditional method and live line measurement method respectively are compared in detail. It is proved that the results of live line measurement are more accurate. and can meet the measurement requirements of power industry.
