摘要
目的评价活血化瘀中药复方治疗急性脑出血的疗效与安全性。方法检索从数据库建库至2009年2月活血化瘀中药复方治疗急性脑出血的随机对照试验。对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,并用RevMan软件进行统计分析。结果在近期疗效上,10个研究的合并分析显示,活血化瘀中药复方可明显改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能缺损。1个研究结局指标为NIHSS评分,经治疗后活血化瘀组评分低于对照组。结论活血化瘀中药复方在短期内可能有助于改善急性脑出血的神经功能缺损,对远期神经功能缺损的影响尚不清楚;因此仍然需要进行大规模、高质量、随访时间足够的随机对照研究。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound decoction of activating blood to resolve stasis for acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods：Literatures from database establishmetn to February 2009 were searched with randomized controlled trials of compound decoction with activating blood to resolve stasis for acute intracerebral hemorrhage.The methodological quality of the trials was assessed by the Jadad scale and evaluation was performed with software RevMan 4.2.10.Results：In the short term effect,from 10 controlled trials,it showed that the compound decoction with activating blood to resovle stasis could improve significantly neurological deficits degree.After treatment with compound decoction with activating blood to resolve stasis,the NIHSS scale,one index of these trials was lower than that after therapy with control group.Conclusion：Compound decoction with activating blood to resolve stasis may can improve the neurological deficit.However,its long-term survival rate is still not clear.It needs high quality trials.
