摘要
工厂化养殖是未来水产养殖可持续发展的主要养殖模式。在工厂化车间养殖条件下,对我国北方优良养殖品种半滑舌鳎在南方地区开展苗种培育试验。340 d共培育体长300 mm半滑舌鳎雌鱼13 800尾。结果表明,在我国南方地区工厂化车间内开展半滑舌鳎苗种培育,可安全度过32℃高温,为后续工厂化车间养殖半滑舌鳎试验打下基础。
Industrialized mariculture is the main development trend in the future.The experiment was conducted from December 2009 to November 2010 in Shenzhen.13 800 female fishes with about 300 mm body length were obtained.It implied that Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther seedling could be reared in industrialized mariculture farm in water temperature of 32℃ in the summer of south China.These results prepared bases for studies on marketable fish culture of Cynoglossus semilaevis in industrialized mariculture systems in the future.
