摘要
以云南西双版纳、贵州罗甸、四川德昌和广西田林等4个不同地理种源麻风树幼苗为试验材料,研究其在人工模拟自然逐渐降温条件下细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化和内源保护酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,低温胁迫下,各种源幼苗叶片细胞膜透性增大,膜脂过氧化加剧,丙二醛(MDA)大量积累;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)随处理温度降低和时间延长而先升后降;过氧化物酶(POD)呈下降趋势。综合分析表明,不同种源间抗寒能力差异显著,其中四川德昌种源抗寒能力最强,贵州罗甸和广西田林种源抗寒能力次之,云南西双版纳种源抗寒能力最差。
Physiological responses on chilling stress of Jatropha curcas seedlings from different provenances(such as Xishuangbanna,Luodian,Dechang and Tianlin) were examined by measuring cell membrane permeability,membrane lipid peroxidation and endogenous protective enzymes under simulated natural conditions of gradually decreasing temperature.The results showed that under chilling stress,the cell membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation sharply increased.MDA massively accumulated.Activities of SOD and CAT increased first,and then decreased with the decrease of temperature and extentison of time.Activity of POD decreased all the time.Comprehensive analysis indicated that significant differences existed in chilling stress among the seedlings from different provenances.The range of chilling resistance ability among different provenances from high to low was Dechang,Luodian,Tianlin and Xishuangbanna.
