摘要
该文提出了一种利用霍尔传感器提取无刷直流电机开环加速启动参数,通过计算拟合,将其应用到无传感器控制策略中,从而实现无刷直流电机无传感器可靠起动的新方法。用数学方法对无刷直流电机的速度计算公式进行了推导,并用Matlab、Maxwell软件对400 W电机样机参数进行了仿真,仿真结果表明理论推导的正确性。利用400 W电机样机进行了实验,实验结果表明,在0-400 W功率范围内,电机均可无传感器顺利启动,速度稳定在1500 r/min,扭矩达到27 kg·cm,效率最高达到85.5%。
A novel startup method was proposed which can make the sensorless brushless DC motor(BLDCM) start up reliably.With the new method,the motor open-loop acceleration startup parameters can be obtained through using hall sensor.Then,the extracted parameters was calculated,simulated,and applied to the sensorless control algorithm.The BLDCM speed formula was deduced by mathematical methods.The 400W motor prototype parameters were simulated with the software Matlab and Maxwell.Simulation results validate the speed formula.The experiments were done on the proposed 400W motor.The experiments show that the motor can start up successfully with output power from 0-400W,the speed of 1500 r/min,the output torque of 27.5kg·cm and the maximum efficiency of 85.5%.The new method provides a way for application of sensorless BLDCM.
