摘要
高速公路项目建设信息化管理系统的基础是数据源,关键就是数据源的准确性、真实性和及时性,其决定着信息化管理系统应用的成败。同时要实现项目建设与运营之间的信息共享和交流,就必须解决项目建设与运营之间的信息断层。文章针对目前高速公路项目建设信息化管理系统普遍存在的数据源质量和信息断层问题,提出了采用基于智能移动通讯技术的3G手机施工现场监测系统和基于Web GIS、Web3D及VR虚拟技术的电子沙盘的解决办法,通过在醴茶高速公路的具体应用,基本上解决了项目建设中长期存在的数据真实性、时效性不足,以及建设和运营之间信息断层等痼疾。
Informationization management system of highway construction is based on the data source,which determines whether application of Informationization management system succeed or not,and its key point is the accuracy,authenticity and timeliness.Meanwhile,to share and support the information between highway construction and operation,create a digital highway,we must eliminate the information fault between the project construction and operation.Aiming at information and quality fault of data source,which exist everywhere in informationization management system of highway construction now,this paper proposes two solutions：one is to introduce the on-site construction monitoring system of 3G mobile phone,which is based on the intelligent mobile communication technology,and the other is to use the electronic sand table,based on Web GIS and VR virtual technology.After their application on the Licha Highway,we have basically solved the problems existing long-term in project construction,such as loss of authenticity and lack of efficiency of data,as well as the information fault between construction and operation.
