摘要
企业研发是企业生存壮大不可或缺的要素,是企业获取核心技术、实现规模效益的必备条件。文章分析了企业研发管理的特征,讨论了企业研发对企业竞争力的影响,并提出了研发管理的实施对策。
Enterprise research and development is the indispensable element of the survival and growing of enterprises and the necessary condition for obtaining core technique and realizing scale benefit,This paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise RD management,discusses the influence of enterprise RD on enterprise competitiveness,and puts forward the implementation countermeasures of RD management.
