摘要
文章介绍了一种西林瓶水剂自动进出冻干机系统,靠伺服推拉瓶装置和方框一起来完成西林瓶的冻干,药品全过程在百级层流保护下,降低了劳动者工作量,缩短了西林瓶进出冻干机的操作时间,符合新版GMP的要求。
This paper introduces a system of vials＇ automatic loading and unloading from freeze-dryer.It is depended on servo motor machine and frame to finish vials freeze-drying,and vials are protected in class 100 laminar flow during the whole process.Thus reduces workers＇ workload and shortens the operation time of vials＇ loading and unloading from freeze-dryer,which meets the requirement of new GMP.
