摘要 针对吴起地区油井含水较高、矿化度高、油井腐蚀较为严重和现有防腐蚀工艺存在的不足,以牺牲阳极保护阴极为原理,自行设计、研制了防腐蚀仪(亦称防腐蚀短接),直接套接在油管外壁。通过现场28口油井的实践证明,该工艺技术投资小、易实施和施工安全,并且防腐蚀效果显著。延长了检泵周期和油井使用寿命,年经济效益6269.49×104 RMB$,具有良好的社会效益和环保效益。 Based upon the high water and high minerality of oil wells, severe well corrosion and insufficiency of anti - corrosion process in Wuqi area, a corrosion protection device (also called corrosion protection union) is developed and designed based upon sacrificing anode principles, which can be installed outside of the external wall of oil pipe for certain media. The application in 28 oil wells demonstrate that this technology is low in investment, easy in installation and good in corrosion protection efficiency. It has extended the pump operating cycle and service life of oil wells. The annual economic benefit is 62. 6949 million Yuan (RMB). In addition, it offers good social and environmental benefits, and can be applied in other oil wells.
