摘要
利用正交试验法分析沟位置差、径向游隙、配合过盈量及锁紧力矩等参数对轮毂轴承单元轴向游隙的影响,给出了沟位置差和径向游隙值的控制范围,可为第3代汽车轮毂轴承单元的装配及零配件工艺的优化提供数据支持。
The influences of parameters such as groove position error,radial clearance,assembling magnitude of interference and locking moment on the axial clearance of hub bearing unit are analyzed by using the orthogonal experimental design,and the control range of groove position error and radial clearance is given,which is able to provide the supporting data for the optimization of assembly and parts technologies of third generation car hub bearing unit.
