摘要
对电镀行业中锅炉启动等环境中工作的大功率PWM整流器进行了设计。目的在于提高该类PWM整流器的工作效率,实现整流器的有源逆变以及单位功率因数运行。设计过程中采用了SVPWM调制方法和电流直接控制方法等技术。设计思路简单,易于实现。本文还给出了所设计的PWM整流器的主要参数,并使用PSCAD仿真软件对其进行了软件仿真,输出波形效果良好,验证了整个设计过程思想的正确性。
In this paper,high-power PWM rectifiers working in the boiler starts work environment of electroplating industry have been designed.The aims are to improve the efficiency of such PWM rectifier,realize active inverter of the rectifier and achieve unity power factor operation.The design process uses SVPWM modulation method and current methods of direct control technologies.Design idea is simple,easy to implement.This design also gives the main parameters of PWM rectifier and its use of simulation software PSCAD software simulation,and the output waveform result is good,which verifies the correctness of the design process thinking.
