摘要
针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)电压传输比低的固有缺陷,采用一种可提高电压传输比的双级矩阵变换器空间矢量调制策略,该调制策略分为线性调制区和过调制区,过调制区参考电压矢量由两部分组成,推导了过调制区参考电压矢量表达式,并得出了与线性区相似的占空比表达式。该过调制策略不仅能使TSMC最大电压传输比从0.866提高到0.955,扩宽了电压输出范围,而且具有输出电压基波幅值可以精确线性控制,输出谐波畸变率小、无需存储大量数据和数字化实现容易等优点。良好的实验结果验证了文中过调制策略的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the low voltage transfer ratio shortage of two-stage matrix converter(TSMC),a space vector overmodulation strategy suitable for TSMC is proposed,which is divided into linear modulation area and modulation area.This overmodulation strategy not only improves voltage transfer ration of TSMC from 0.866 to 0.955,but also controls the output voltage fundamental amplitude linearly,owns the low total harmonic distortion,doesn't need store more data,and implements practical digital easily.The feasibility and validity of the proposed overmodulation strategy has been verified by simulation and experiment results.
