摘要
目的了解热带地区舰艇干部心理健康状况及其影响因素,为开展针对性的心理防护工作提供依据。方法应用明尼苏达多项人格测验简式(PHI)、艾森克人格测验问卷(EPQ)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查。调查对象分为2组,一组为调查组:舰艇干部(108人);另一组为对照组:机关干部(101人)。根据数据类型进行统计分析。结果在PHI 7个临床量表中,舰艇干部的平均得分均高于机关干部,其中在焦虑、脱离现实和兴奋状态分量表上得分差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。108名舰艇干部中有37.0%存在程度不同的心理问题,明显高于机关干部(19.8%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。多元回归分析表明,神经质、自动想法、部队吸引力、生活承受压力、掩饰、精神质对舰艇干部心理健康影响的贡献率为62%。结论热带舰艇干部心理健康状况比较差,影响舰艇干部心理健康的因素主要有:个人平时情绪不稳定、头脑中的自动思维多、自觉部队吸引力小、自觉生活承受压力大、自我掩饰能力差、个人的性格倔强及对人冷漠,应针对上述问题开展心理咨询和治疗,解决存在的问题。
Objective To study the psychological health and its influencing factors in naval vessel cadres in tropical areas,so as to provide the basis for carrying out specialized psychological protection.Methods A series of surveys and measurements were conducted in 108 naval vessel＇s cadres and 101 office workers using the Psychological Health Inventory（PHI）,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire（ATQ）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ）.Then a statistical analysis was performed according to the data type.Results Of the seven clinical rating scales of PHI,the average scores in naval vessel＇s cadres were higher than those of office cadres,and significant differences were observed in anxiety（P0.05）,unrealistic,and mania rating scales（P0.01）.Psychological problems were more common in naval vessel＇s cadres（37% out of 108） than in office cadres（19.8% out of 101）,and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Multiple regression analysis showed that nervousness,automatic thoughts,attractive feeling of army,life pressure,disguise had greater influence on their mental health（R2=0.622）.Conclusion The psychological health condition of naval vessel＇s cadres is poorer than that of office cadres.The influencing factors in psychological health include the personal emotional liability,more automatic thoughts,unattractive feeling of army,more life pressure,poor capability of self disguise,stubborn characteristics and indifferent to others.It is necessary to provide psychological consultation and therapy for them to solve these problems.
