摘要
盆栽试验结果表明,跳龟灵、对硫磷乳剂对玉米生理指标有一定的影响。在较低浓度(0.5 mg/L)时,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、根系活力呈现上升趋势,表明低浓度农药对以上生理指标具有一定的刺激作用,但随着处理浓度的增大,各项生理指标则呈现下降趋势,表现出一定毒害作用,而细胞质膜透性随着农药浓度的增加呈上升的趋势,表明农药进入植物体内破坏了细胞膜结构,增加了细胞膜的通透性。
The results of pot test showed that Tiaoguiling and parathion emulsion had some effects on maize physiological indices.Low-concentration pesticides had positive effect on maize physiological indices showing the increase of chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and root activity.With the increase of pesticides concentration,the physiological indicators showed a downward trend,while the cell membrane permeability increased,indicating that the pesticides destroyed the cell membrane structure and led to the increase of membrane permeability.
