摘要
全国第二次土地调查已基本结束,文章通过韶关市浈江区农村土地调查及数据库建设实例探讨了农村土地调查过程中应该注意的相关事项,并依据数据库汇总分析了浈江区土地利用现状数据及特点,对比研究了二调前后的土地利用状况,同时指出了浈江区土地利用现状存在的主要问题,以期为该区的土地资源合理利用、规划和科学管理提供服务。
The second national land investigation has ended basically.Taking the rural land investigation and database construction in Zhenjiang district of Shaoguan city as an example,this paper discussed the related matters needing attention in rural land investigation.It also analyzed the current status and characters of land use in Zhenjiang district according to the database,and compared the land use status before and after the second land investigation.Meanwhile,it pointed out the main problem of land use status in Zhenjiang district to provide services for land resources reasonable utilization,planning,and scientific management.
