摘要
目的:探讨脉波指示剂连续心输出量(PiCCO)的临床监测方法及其护理。方法:结合本院重症监护中心(ICU)患者应用PiCCO血流动力学监测的临床资料,阐述PiCCO血流动力学监测方法及护理进展。结果:60例患者抢救成功57例,死亡3例。PiCCO留置时间为3～10 d,监测数据准确,全组均未出现感染、出血、栓塞等并发症,无意外拔管、堵管的发生。结论:危重症患者在PiCCO血流动力血监测下,进行及时有效的治疗,并配合正确的护理,危重症患者的抢救成功率明显提高。
Objective： To discuss pulse indicator continuous cardiac output （pieco） monitoring methods and clinical care. Methods： According to the clinical data of patients with picco hemodynamic monitoring in intensive care centers, Elaborate the monitoring and nursing progress of picco hemodynamic. Results： 57 patients successfully rescued of 60 patients, 3 patients died. picco catheter for 3 to 10 days, accurate monitoring data. The whole group no infection, hemorrhage, embolism, no accidental extubation, plugging. Conclusion： Critically ill patients in the picco hemodynamic monitoring of blood under the timely and effective treatment, and with proper care, the survival rate in critically ill patients significantly improved.
