摘要
介绍了安钢100 t转炉-100 t LF-方坯生产线开展钢铁料消耗成本精细化管理生产实践,综合分析了各工序对钢铁料成本影响因素,提出了降低炼钢钢铁料成本的新举措。2010年实际钢铁料消耗达到1 053.28 kg/t坯,同比降低5.76 kg/t,同时也带动了其它冶炼指标的进一步优化。
The paper introduces the fine management production practice to cut down iron and steel material consumption for 100 t converter- 100 t LF- billet production line in Angang, analyzes comprehensively effect factors of each process on iron and steel material cost, puts forward some new measures to cut down the cost of iron and steel material. Thus actual iron and steel material consumption in the year 2010 attains only 1 053.28 kg/t billet, reduces 5.76 kg/t than the same term, meanwhile spurs also the other smelting index further optimizing.
