摘要
校企合作办学的关键是积极鼓励企业参与职业教育。作为服务行业的职业教育要强化服务意识,积极与企业建立契约式的紧密合作,和企业签订合作办学协议,按照企业需求调整专业设置,对口培养人才,共同解决职业院校的培养目标定位、实习实训、毕业生就业、实习指导教师不足等问题。文章认为在这样的大环境下,高职网络专业更要把和企业的合作作为专业建设的首要工作去抓。
The key of college-enterprise corporation is encouraging enterprises to take part in vocational education.Vocational education as a service industry,should strengthen the service recognition,corporate with the enterprises in a contracted model,i.e.signing college-running corporation agreements,adjusting the professions setting according to the requirements of enterprises,cultivating matching talents,solving jointly the problems in cultivation objectives,practice and training,graduates employment,and practical guiding teachers.In network technology major,we should take the college-enterprise corporation as the first job.
