《水西简史》不仅研究了水西土司的历史,而且对研究整个西南地区土司制度的历史有重要的参考价值。历史已经进入了新的时代,各民族在政治上一律平等的今天,完全有条件以新视角去审视奢香夫人,对她的伟大业绩作出应有的评价和公正的定位。
The Brief History of Shuixi not only makes the study at the histroy of the ruler of Yi nation-ality of Shuixi, but also presents the reference value for the study of the history of the ruler of Yi nationality in the whole southwest area. The history goes into a new period, at the present time of fair political equality for various nationalities, we can have ready conditions to survey Madame She Xiang with new perspective, making the proper evaluation and just location to her great achivevments.
