摘要
目的:探讨冷疗联合弹力绷带包扎用于膝关节镜术后减轻关节肿胀的可行性。方法:随机选择入住骨二科行关节镜手术的患者共98例,分为观察组52例、对照组46例。对照组行关节镜术后常规护理;观察组除行常规护理外,术后即刻给予弹力绷带自下而上包扎患肢,48h停止,同时给予膝关节持续冰敷6h。两组通过测量术前、术后即刻,术后6、24、48、72h不同时间段膝关节周径来了解膝关节术后肿胀程度。结果:观察组在使用冰敷和弹力绷带后膝关节肿胀较对照组明显减轻,两组膝关节周径对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜术后联合使用冷疗及弹力绷带包扎能有效减轻关节肿胀。
Objective:To Investigate the effect of cold therapy with elastic bandage after knee arthroscopy on swelling.Methods: 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=52) and control group(n=46).The control group was given a routine care.The observation group,in addition to routine care,was given a bottom-up elastic bandage bandaged limb and taken it away 48 hours later,with the knee ice dressing 6 hours running.The level of joint swelling depended on the measure of knee joint circumference in the different periods after surgical operation.Results:There was a statistical significance in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The cold therapy with elastic bandage after knee arthroscopy can effectively reduce knee joint swelling.
