摘要
在电化学氧化过程中将对氨基苯甲酸共价修饰到玻碳电极上,利用方波溶出伏安法比较研究了玻碳电极修饰前后对中性溶液中铜离子的检测效果,结果显示,玻碳电极修饰前后对铜离子都有良好的响应,但是溶出过程存在着很大不同,该现象根据欠电位和本体电沉积理论得到了合理的解释。
4-Aminobenzoic acid is covalently modified on glassy carbon electrode(GCE) during electrochemical oxidation.With square wave voltammetry,the detected effects to Copper(Ⅱ) ion in neutral solution are compared between the bare and modified GCE.The results showed that both responses are good but the stripping processes are different.The phenomenon can be explained according to the underpotential and overpotential deposition theory.
