摘要 介绍了PHP-MMH泥浆体系的配方、室内试验、性能、处理维护办法及其在现河庄油田32口井中的应用情况。实践证明, 该泥浆体系抑制性强、润滑性好, 有良好的触变性、悬浮性、防塌性及携岩性, 而且维护简便, 性能稳定、在防止粘卡、降低钻井事故、提高钻井速度、保护油气层等方面具有独特的作用。 This paper describes the formula of the PHP-MMH drilling fluid system, as well as its lab tests, properties, methods of disposal & maintenance and applications in 32 wells in Xianhezhuang Oilfield. Applications show that this drilling fluid system has powerful inhibitivity, good lubricity and suspension, collapse resistance & solid carrying capability. It is also convenient to be maintained and its property is stable. It has unique effect in preventing stuck drillpipe, reducing hole problems, improving drilling speed, protecting pay zone, etc.
