摘要
以《飞机设计手册》为基础、试验数据为依托,研究了加筋板在面内和面外载荷作用下拉伸强度、压缩强度、剪切强度、拉压剪复合强度和拉压剪与内压复合强度计算方法。在此基础上研发了加筋结构强度分析模块,以及前后置处理模块,形成了加筋板强度分析软件STRANAS。软件以MSC/PATRAN为平台,综合集成了型材剖面特性库、材料库,实现了结构强度分析人机交互式建模功能和云图显示功能。工程应用表明:该软件建模效率高,计算精度满足工程需要,可用于对飞机壁板静强度设计。
Based on "Aircraft Design Manual" and test data,the analysis methods for tensile strength,compressive strength,shear strength,combined strength of stiffened panels subjected to in-plane and out-plane loadings are investigated.The software called STRANAS including calculation module,pre-processor and post-processor modules is developed on the basis of MSC/PATRAN platform.Further,the stiffener profile section property database,material property database are integrated into the software,which realizes structure strength analysis on MSC/PATRAN rapidly.Engineering application indicates the software is of high efficiency in strength analysis modeling and the accuracy of calculation is suitable for engineering needs.
