急性髓系白血病细胞诱导免疫耐受及其机制的研究进展

摘要 急性髓细胞白血病(AML)是一种血液系统恶性克隆性疾病。虽然经过化疗和自体造血干细胞移植部分可以获得完全缓解,但仍有部分患者经常复发,总体五年生存率很差,原因可能与AML细胞诱导形成免疫耐受有关。研究发现AML细胞可以通过表达白血病相关抗原以及TGF-β等细胞因子诱导免疫耐受,CD40、CD80分子表达缺失以及CD4+CD25+T调节细胞的增加在AML细胞诱导免疫耐受中也发挥重要的作用。最近研究发现,吲哚胺-2,3-加双氧酶(IDO)以及糖皮质激素诱导肿瘤坏死因子受体相关蛋白(GITR)与AML细胞免疫耐受有相关性。本文就AML细胞如何诱导免疫耐受从IDO、GITR及CD4+CD25+T调节细胞三个方面进行综述。
