摘要
现代刑罚的文明与进步,其本质属性彰显为宽容性。而现代刑罚的宽容性成就了社区矫正学成为一门独立学科。社区矫正学有自己独特的研究对象,即矫正对象。社区矫正学是一门综合性、边缘性的跨界学科,其突出特点是多种学科的综合,是刑事政策学的分支学科,是一门应用性学科。社区矫正是"社区制裁"的性质,而不是单纯的"社区刑罚"。社区矫正学已初步形成了具有自身特色的理论体系。
The modern penalty＇s civilization and the progress,its essential attribute showing is tolerant.But the modern penalty＇s tolerant achievement community correction study has become an independent discipline.The community correction study has oneself unique object of study,namely correction object.The community correction study is a comprehensive nature,the marginal straddling of zones discipline,its prominent characteristic is many kinds of discipline syntheses,is the criminal policy study branch discipline,is an utility discipline.The community correction is ＂the community sanction＂ nature,but is not pure ＂the community penalty＂.The community correction study has formed initially had own characteristic system.
