摘要
以全国246个村庄所获得的3447份问卷为研究基础,对当前农村选举中的拉票及贿选的现状进行了分析。研究表明:第一,当前农村选举的拉票及贿选行为主要有程度深、形式多、影响大三个特点。农村拉票的多样化、复杂化和人情化让现实中的农村贿选存在着辨识难、治理难的困境;第二,当前农村选举中的贿选有显性和隐性之分,显性贿选并不是当前农村选举的普遍现象,隐性贿选形式所占比重较大;第三,当前农村拉票贿选存续的社会文化根源是乡土特有的人情关系网络。
Based on 3447 questionnaires collected from 246 villages around China,the paper analyzes the current situation and the canvassing and bribery in rural election.Studies show that,first,the canvassing and bribery in current rural election has three characteristics：of deep degree,diverse forms,and serious influence.Due to the diversification,complication and custom of rural canvassing,it is difficult to identify and control rural bribery;second,there are mainly two forms in the current rural bribery： explicit bribery and implicit bribery,and explicit bribery is not a common phenomenon in current rural elections,implicit bribery accounts for a larger percentage;third,the social and cultural root of rural bribery is the distinctive human relationship network of chinese villages.
