摘要
为解决低渗透油藏生产过程中由于物性条件差导致的注水效果差、驱替能力弱问题,以胜利石油磺酸盐作为表面活性剂,研究油水界面张力和压降因数等,分析胜利石油磺酸盐对储层渗流的改善作用.结果表明:降低油水界面张力有利于减小水驱毛管阻力,从而降低水驱压差;胜利石油磺酸盐与史深100区块的原油具有良好的相似相容性能,质量浓度为4 g/L的胜利石油磺酸盐能够将油水界面张力降至1.0×10-3mN/m.在史深100区块史3-10-x12水井进行矿场试验,统计启动压力、吸水指数、注水压力和日注水量等参数,表明胜利石油磺酸盐能够有效改善低渗油藏注水效果,补充地层能量,缓解低渗透油藏注采矛盾,对提高采收率具有一定实际意义.
In order to solve the problem of poor water injection efficiency and low displacement resulting from physical properties in production process in low permeability reservoir,this paper analyzes the improvement of petroleum sulfonate on reservoir seepage via the laboratory study of the interfacial tension and the pressure-drop coefficient.Research shows reducing the interfacial tension is beneficial to decreasing capillary force and thus to lowering water flooding differential pressure.Shengli petroleum sulfonate(SLPS) is of good similarity and intermiscibility with petroleum of Shishen 100 block.0.4% SLPS can reduce the interfacial tension to 10-3 mN/m.Statistic data of water well start-up pressure,injectivity index,water injection pressure,daily water-injection rate from Shi 3-10-x12 field test show physical properties can improve water injection efficiency,supplement formation energy,alleviate injection-production inconsistency of low permeability reservoir.
