摘要
以新疆沙雅县栽植的灰枣、骏枣和赞皇大枣3个枣品种的枣果为试材,比较品种间枣果营养成分的差异,以期为该地区枣产业发展和品种选择提供参考。在枣果成熟期,选择3个枣品种栽培管理条件基本一致的同龄枣园,在每个枣园随机采集50粒枣果,自然晾干测定其营养成分。测定结果显示,3个枣品种间总糖含量差异不大,其中赞皇大枣中黄酮和Vc含量相对较高;灰枣的矿物元素的含量相对较高。同时比较了灰枣和骏枣与其原产地枣果的营养品质,结果显示沙雅县灰枣营养物质含量均高于其原产地。沙雅县枣品种间营养物质含量的差异,显示不同枣品种在商品化生产中具有不同的发展潜力,对灰枣和骏枣同原产地枣果的养分含量比较结果显示,沙雅县的生态土壤环境更有利于灰枣中各种营养物质含量的积累。
The fruit quality not only affect the edible value,but also affect its market value.Three jujube cultivars of Huizao,Junzao and Zanhuang jujube in Shaya county of Xinjiang were used to compare the difference of fruit quality.We hoped the result could offer the reference for the industry development and cultivar selection of jujube in this area.In mature period,fifty jujube fruits were randomly collected from different cultivar jujube gardens which had the same age and similar cultivation and management conditions.The fruits were natural dried up for determination.The result showed that the total sugar had little difference among three jujube cultivars.The Vc and flavonoid content in Zanhuang jujube was the highest in three cultivars.The mineral elements content of Huizao was the highest in three cultivars.Compared the fruit quality of Huizao and Junzao between Shaya county and their source area,result showed the Huizao fruit quality in Shaya county was higher than in its source area.The variance of nutrient content within different jujube cultivars means there are different development commodity direction in practical application.Comparison result of fruit quality of Huizao and Junzao between Shaya county and source area showed that the ecological conditions of Shaya county was more suitable for Huizao fruit quality accumulation than Junzao.
