摘要
公务消费过度问题是当前社会的热点话题,直接影响政府形象和行政诚信。其形成的原因主要在于观念上的偏差、体制制度的缺失和不足等。实现政府公务消费合理化应在进一步明确公共利益理念、廉价政府理念、适度消费理念的前提下,着力在筑牢思想防线、完善公共财政体制、结合激励与惩处手段推进公民社会的发展、充分发挥科技的力量等方面下功夫。
The excessive consumption on public funds which directly affects government image and administrative integrity has become a hot issue in the present society. Excessive official consumption mainly results from conceptual deviation, deficient and blank institutional system etc. To rationalize official consumption, government should start with further clarifying the notions of public interest, honest government and moderate consumption, strengthening cadre＇s ideological and moral education; improving public financial system; promoting social development to combine incentive and punishment and give full play to the role of science and technology.
