摘要
企业网络分工及其组织的本质在于其自身所特有的"模块化机制",即企业网络分工系统不断创新与发展的内生机制。将企业网络分工作为我国产业组织结构转型升级的目标模式,既是实现产业组织"二元双重结构"转换的现实选择,也是在新的历史时期提升企业、产业和国家整体竞争力的迫切需要。因此,必须引入模块化机制,按照企业网络分工原则重塑我国企业集团及其系列体制,使企业集团在调整产业组织结构、实现生产要素"新组合"、促进技术进步等方面替代目前的行政性中间组织,充分发挥其市场与网络的双重管理职能。
The essence of work division of corporate nets and its organization lies in the 'modularization mechanism',that is,the endogenous mechanism of constant system innovation and development.As the target of Chinese industrial organization upgrading,work division of corporate nets is not only the practical choice to change the 'double dual structure' in industrial organization,but also the crying needs to promote the competitiveness of enterprise,industry and the nation.Thus,it is necessary to introduce the modularization mechanism,to remodel China's corporate groups and their sequential systems according to the net division principle,to make the groups replace the administrative medium organization in adjusting the industrial organization structure,in achieving 'new composition' of production factors,and in pushing forward technology progress,to fully play the dual administration role of the market and the net.
