隆朋-氟哌利多-芬太尼-咪达唑仑复合对猫麻醉效果及心肺功能影响研究

摘要 试验选用隆朋(4 mg.kg-1)-氟哌利多(0.4 mg.kg-1)-芬太尼(2μg.kg-1)-咪达唑仑(0.2 mg.kg-1)复合对猫进行一次性肌肉给药,观察复合制剂对猫的麻醉效果,并检测其对猫心肺功能的影响。结果表明,该复合制剂对猫的麻醉效果确实,但其存在镇痛时间短、对呼吸系统具有明显的抑制作用等缺点,可根据临床实际需要选用。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cardiopulmonary and Anesthetic effects with an intramuscular xylazine(4 mg·kg-1)-droperidol(0.4 mg·kg-1)-fentanyl(2 μg·kg-1)-midazolam(0.2 mg·kg-1) drug combination in cats.The results showed that this drug combination was potency,and irritation didn't occur in this study,but suitable for anesthesia in cats,this anaesthetic protocol significantly reduced respiratory function and shorter duration of analgesia.Therefore,this drug combination could be used selectionally according to demand in cats.
