摘要
该文介绍了一种用单片机控制半导体制冷来实现温度可控制,而且还可以实现局部控制的一种医疗制冷头盔。首先介绍了半导体制冷技术的工作原理及其特性,其次介绍了此次设计的制冷头盔的系统结构,包括3个模块:传感器模块、MCU控制及数据处理模块、制冷模块,最后对实验结果进行了具体分析,分析表明制冷效果明显,能达到医疗制冷要求。
This paper introduces a medical cooling helmet,the temperature of which is accurately controlled and can be locally controlled by microcontroller.Firstly introduces principle of semiconductor refrigeration technology,and then introduces system architecture.The system includes three modules: sensor module,MCU control and data processing module,cooling module.Finally,the results of simulated experiment is given,it proves to meet the requirements of medical cooling.
