摘要
目的探讨脑血管病病人介入治疗术的护理。方法对56例缺血性脑血管病病人介入治疗术进行临床观察,总结出有效的护理方案。结果 通过心理护理、病情监测和预防并发症、抗凝治疗护理和术后指导,本组病人再通51例,不通5例,术后出现观察处渗血3例,心率减慢2例,血压下降4例,由于及时发现、及时处理,均恢复良好。结论早期发现病情变化、及时配合医生抢救是脑血管病人介入治疗术后护理的关键。
Objective：To probe into the nursing care of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease accepting interventional therapy.Methods：A total of 56 patients with ischemic cerebrovasculardisease accepting interventional therapy were observed.Then effective nursing protocols of patients were summarized.Results：Through psychological nursing,monitoring of patient＇s condition,prevention of complications,nursing of anticoagulant therapy and postoperative guidance,51 cases got recanalization and 5 cases were impassable.After the operation,3 cases had exudation at observation place,2 cases had slow heart rate and 4 cases had descending of blood pressure.Recovery of all patients was favourable because of theses complications had been discovered and handled right away.Conclusion： Early discovery of condition changes and to rescuing coordinating with doctors in time are the keys of postoperative nursing of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease accepting interventional therapy.
