摘要 用L(93)4正交试验法研究了温度、含固率、接种率和pH对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产沼气量的影响,确定了考察因子的主次以及最优工艺条件,并针对影响较为显著的因素(温度、接种率和pH)进行了单因素验证试验。实验结果表明:在温度为55℃、pH值为7、接种率为30%、含固率为8%时,厌氧发酵产沼气的产率最大为633.8 mL/gVS餐厨垃圾;各因素对沼气产量影响大小的顺序依次为温度、pH值、接种率和含固率。 Influences of temperature,moisture content,inoculums rates and pH on anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste recycling methane were studied by orthogonal tests,in which the affecting order of the factors and optimal technological conditions were confirmed.Single factor experiments were done to verify the conclusion.Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions of anaerobic digestion were temperature 55℃,pH 7,inoculums rate 30%,moisture content 8%and affecting order of the factors as temperature,pH,inoculums rates and total solid content.The methane yield at the optimal conditions reached 633.8 mL/gVS food waste.
