载铝改性人造沸石对含氟水除氟效果的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用盐酸浸泡活化和硫酸铝溶液浸泡改性的方法对人造沸石进行改性,用模拟高氟水样进行静态及动态除氟实验。动力学研究结果表明:吸附剂吸附速度快,30 min接近吸附平衡,吸附速率可用拟二级动力学方程描述。吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,饱和吸附量为5.07 mg/g,吸附平衡常数为0.060 2 L/mg。静态实验对浓度为10.63 mg/L的含氟水样投加8.0 g/L吸附剂,除氟率达92.5%。动态实验除氟容量(指出水的氟离子含量低于1.0 mg/L的除氟容量)可达5.33 mg/g。溶液pH值对除氟有较大影响,静态和动态除氟均在pH 67时较好。共存CaCl2对静态除氟的影响不大;对动态除氟有一定影响,增大CaCl2浓度可使除氟容量降低。温度对除氟有一定影响,升高温度有利于除氟。 Static and kinetic adsorption column tests were conducted using the modified permutite as an adsorbent which had been prepared with hydrochloric acid and aluminum sulfate solution.The kinetic column test showed that equilibrium adsorption completed within 30min,which could be described by a pseudo-second-order kinetics model and fit well with Langmuir adsorption isotherm,the max.fluoride adsorption capacity being 5.07 mg/L with the equilibrium constant of 0.0602 L/mg.Defluoridation capacity,which refers to mass concentration of fluoride effluent below 1.0 mg/L,was 5.33 mg/g in the kinetic column test.The influence of pH of the solution,co-existence of CaCl2 and temperature on the adsorption both with static column and kinetic column were studied as well.
