摘要
采用Tessier连续提取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对6种冬青科(Ilex)苦丁茶树土壤中铅的形态分布进行了研究。结果表明:6种冬青科苦丁茶树土壤中铅的形态分布均表现为:.残渣态>有机态>碳酸盐态>铁锰氧化态>可交换态,铅在此类土壤中主要以残渣态和有机态存在,两者总量占土壤中总铅量的90%以上,显示出生物利用性较大的Pb形态含量相应减少。从非根际土壤到根际土壤,6种茶树土壤铅的各种形态的相对含量发生了改变,其改变情况虽各有差异,但总体上呈现出生物有效性较大的碳酸盐态铅和生物有效性居中的铁锰氧化态铅、有机态铅有下降趋势,而难于被植物吸收的残渣态铅含量有上升趋势,表明冬青科苦丁茶树的根际环境具有一定的降低重金属铅污染的阻截作用。
Speciation of lead in soil in which six Ilex kudingcha trees grow was studied by Tessier sequential extractiongraphite furnace AA spectrometry.Findings of the study include Pb exists in the soil mainly in the forms of residual and organic matter species,indicating the decrease of the bio-available Pb.Relative contents of different species of Pb changed from non-rhizosphere soil to rhizosphere soil and in general content of residual Pb that is not easy to be absorbed by the plants tends to rise.Therefore,it was found that rhizosphere environment of Ilex kudingcha trees play a certain role in blocking lead absorption by the plants thus diminishing the contamination of Pb.
