摘要
采用自制的ＳＯ２ －４ ／ＭｘＯｙ 型固体超强酸用作松香聚合催化剂。论文对影响反应过程的主要因素进行探讨。优化的工艺条件：固体超强酸用量５ ％ ～１０ ％ ，反应时间３ ～５ ｈ ，反应温度１１０～１３０ ℃，溶剂比１∶１ ～２ ，可获得符合标准要求的１１５ 牌号的聚合松香产品。
Home made solid superacids SO 2- 4/MxOy were used as catalysts for rosin polymerization reaction and main factors affecting the reaction were investigated in the paper. The optimum conditions for the polymerization reaction were as follows:ratio of solid superacids to rosin 0.05～0.1(w/w), reaction time 3～5 h, polymerization temperature 110～130 ℃, ratio of rosin to solvent 0.5～1.0(w/w). Under these conditions the obtained products come up to specifications for 115 # of polymeric rosin standard.
