活塞制冷压缩机是制冷系统的动力和核心,它完成制冷剂气体从低压向高压不断输送的过程,从而实现制冷循环。压缩机停止运转,制冷即告停止。因此,掌握压缩机的故障分析和处理非常重要。就制冷压缩机在使用中经常碰到的几个问题进行讨论,分析故障产生的原因并找出处理方法。
The refrigerating compressor is the power and center in refrigerating system.It performed the process of continously transfering refrigerant gas from low pressure to high pressure.So the refrigerant recycle is achieved.If the compressor is stop,the process of refrigeration is over.It is very important to grasp the fault analysis and disposal of refrigerating compressor.The paper detailed a few problems that are often occurred in refrigerating piston compressor and discussed the disposal methods by analyzing the reason of fault.
