摘要
目的观察双参田七散(SSTQ)对大鼠动脉粥样硬化(atherosc lerosis,AS)的防治作用。方法应用高脂饲料联合维生素D3建立动脉粥样硬化模型,将52只SD大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、双参田七散组及辛托伐他汀组,第12周检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平,并用电镜观察主动脉弓的超微结构。结果双参田七散组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA较模型组显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);双参田七散组血清SOD较模型组显著升高(P<0.01);双参田七散组主动脉病变程度与模型组比较明显减轻。结论双参田七散对AS有防治作用,可能机理是通过改善脂质代谢、抗自由基氧化损伤而防止主动脉内膜损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of Shuangshen Tianqi pulvis(SSTQ) on the rat model of atherosclerosis.Methods The animal model of atherosclerosis was established by feeding high-fat diet and vitamin D3.Male SD rats were randomly assigned into normal group,model group,SSTQ-treated group and simvastatin-treated group.The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured after 12 weeks.Meantime,the ultrastructure of aortic arch was observed under the electron microscope.Results Compared to the model group,serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA were significantly decreased(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),and serum SOD level was remarkably increased(P〈0.01) in SSTQ-treated group.The pathological damage of aortic arch was also markedly ameliorated in SSTQ-treated group.Conclusion The protective effect of SSTQ on the rat model of atherosclerosis is related to regulating the lipid metabolism,suppressing oxygen free radical damage,and preventing aortic intimal injury.
