电针足三里对大鼠HPA轴和海马脑源性神经营养因子作用机制 被引量:4

Effect of Electroacupuncture in Hippocampus on The Hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal Axis-GLUand Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor in Mice

摘要 目的:探讨电针对运动力竭模型大鼠HPA轴通路和海马神经营养因子的影响。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、运动力竭模型组、电针治疗组,每组20只,对照组自由进食和饮水,运动力竭模型组进行游泳训练,电针组大鼠游泳训练后进行电针实验。采用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠下丘脑CRF,垂体ACTH,肾上腺、血清CORT并检测脑源性神经营养因子含量。结果:运动力竭模型组动物下丘脑CRF,肾上腺、血清CORT含量较对照组有显著升高,电针治疗可使运动后动物下丘脑CRF,肾上腺、血清CORT含量显著下降。与对照组相比,模型组大鼠海马有明显的BDNF阳性细胞的表达。电针组接近正常。结论:电针可明显改善运动力竭模型大鼠HPA轴和海马BDNF,对电针治疗组大鼠的运动疲劳有良性调整作用。 Objective:To study the effects of electroacupuncture on the hypothalamus-pituitary adrenal Axis and brain-derived neurotropic factor in hippocampus in exhausted mice of swimming.Methods: 60 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,the control group,exhausted group and the electroacupuncture group.Radioimmunoassay method was adopted in the determination of hypothalamus CRF,pituitary ACTH,the CORT in adrenal and serum and the expression of BDNF in hippocampus.Results :As compared with the control group,exhausted swimming could markedly enhance the hypothalamus CRF,the CORT in adrenal and serum;electroacupuncture reduced the contents of hypothalamus CRF,the CORT in adrenal and serum in the electroacupuncture group.the BDNF in hippocampus neurons of electroacupuncture group is significantly increased individually compared with the control group.the BDNF in hippocampus neurons of electroacupunctu-re group is close to the control group.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture could improve the hypoththalamus pitu-itary-adrenal axis and the expression of BDNF in hippocampus neurons in exhausted mice of swimming.electroacupuncture has a benign regulating effect on sports fatigue of exhausted mice of swimming.
